My internet provider failed and now Apple apparently has. I have the movie downloaded to phone I’m trying to watch. CANT WATCH MOVIE ON TV message comes on phone when streaming to APPLETV 4K (shouldn’t matter the model) or trying to mirror. What is this scam all about? I need to be connect to the internet now? To watch what I’ve purchased?

Didn’t change my opinion and I don’t think you read my question. I’ve purchased and downloaded movies from ITunes than download to my phone. Currently my home internet is out. And no for some strange reason I can’t simply “stream” said movies from phone (or iPad) to my 4K APPLETV. Why not? That’s the question and I don’t need sass about my opinion I’m a customer.
