Your iPhone is setup as a hotspot and the devices that connect to it do not remain connected to your hotspot. Your devices disconnect from your hotspot after a minute or so. Have I understood you correctly?

One critical aspect of a successful hotspot connection is the availability of a solid cellular signal on your iPhone. This way your iPhone can provide a good data connection to your devices through the hotspot. Make sure that this is the case. Furthermore, call your carrier to ensure that the hotspot feature is setup correctly on their end as well. You can also try and Reset Your Network settings by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings. Note that when you do this then you will need to enter all your WiFi and other network passwords again.
