I was unable to backup my Whatsapp chat to iCloud, the progress always stuck at 2% (75.7mb of 2.95gb).
My iCloud do have sufficient space for the backup.
iOS version: 13.5
Whatsapp ver: 2.20.52
iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13
Consider restarting the device -- Restart your iPhone - Apple Support OR trying another WiFi.
Is the device plugged in and connected to WiFi?
Yes, it is. In fact, I have tried to toggle off the Whatsapp and delete the Chat backup from iCloud, and turn off the Auto backup at Whatsapp but issue still persist.
Hi zinacef, I’ve tried to restart the devices and switch to other WiFi, issue still there, but I noticed that the status at Whatsapp intermittently showing Waiting for iCloud
