Apple Watch fail!

My Apple Watch face literally “popped” off while I was standing around.

my wife took it to the Apple store and was as good as told “Ah well!”

of course I could spend $300 to repair it $360 to buy a new one.

i get things fail eventually but this is just a ridiculous.

what I want is a product that works please and doesn’t literally fall apart.

I would like it replaced please
