3 different Id’s disabled in a month

I had an Apple ID for about 4-5 years, then started getting hacked and so I disputed charges with credit cards, they disabled the account each time and it was re-set 2 times in 2 years and then they permanently disabled it, lost all music, movies, tv shows etc.

so they told me to setup new one which I did, after 3 purchases I got the purchase not complete contact iTunes support so jumped through all of those hoops 3 separate times and then on the third one they disabled but permanently the very first time!

‘this was repeated for 2 more ID’s with same results each time, so that is 3 new ID’s in about 3 weeks time, any suggestions?
