Why is there very little storage available? I reset the watch last week and it’s saying it’s full again!

You can uninstall apps and stop syncing photos if you are but that’s it, I think.
A reboot seemed to free up some storage and I was able to install the latest version (6.2.6, was 6.2.5). Hopefully the update fixes the issue. I'll let you know if that's the case hopefully in about a week (that's how long it took the last time after wiping my watch).
So the problem occurred twice in the past two weeks. I have found that if I reboot the watch (holding the right two buttons), I am able to temporarily recover the storage space. Here are screenshots of before and after reboot (see time in screenshots). You see that the app using the most space is the Activity app and it's barely using anything, so why is there so much space taken before rebooting? It eventually runs out of space and puts up the Storage Full notification unless I remember to periodically reboot. Any ideas? Thanks!
I have the same issue. Rebooted my watch and now it will not start at all. My watch storage was at 0% available.
