After my 3 month free music trial ends, do I lose all downloaded music even if it’s backed up to my computer? Thanks

If you're referring to the Apple Music trial, you'll lose everything you got through it. If not, check the documentation for it.

Songs and albums you individually bought will remain. Checking the documentation is only relevant if the trial is for something other than Apple Music; the instructions would vary depending on what it is.
