My iphone storage is full. How can i transfer to icloud because i have sufficient storage on icloud? Thanks!

iCloud is a sync service, not an archive service. So you can’t move content to iCloud and remove it from your phone, because if you delete it from your phone that will also delete it from iCloud. For photos specifically you can enable Optimize Storage. This will save compressed, smaller images of your photos on the phone but still store the full resolution photos in iCloud.
