iCloud storage

Hi, I have a 2Tb iCloud storage Plan but I would like to use less. I would like to use 200GB. I’m using 174GB, says my IPhone.

only it won’t change my plan. So I’m still paying for the 2Tb plan. I can downgrade to 50GB but then I have to little space. Anyone who knows how to fix this problem?
