Passwords cannot be recovered; they can only be reset: Reset your Mac login password - Apple Support

Your Apple ID can be used to reset a login password, and you needed an Apple ID just to log in to this site. If you forgot that Apple ID password, refer to If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support.
