Messenger AppleWatch Login from paired iPhone

Since the new IOS software update on the watch , My messenger app has displayed the message - login in from a paired iPhone .

Ive Seen the suggestions about deleting the apps on both devices, then reinstalling. There’s also a work around where you have to log in on the iphone but bypass the standard method and go to “ that’s not me” then re submit your password .

All these *fixes* last 10 minutes before the Log In from paired iPhone message appears again. I’ve seen people have the issue on Twitter, but there doesn’t seem to be any confirmed fixed methods, just a short term workaround lasting 10 minutes .
