how can i print from an iPad to HPoffice jet 9025, when the iPad has built in wifi not a network? Is there a USB cable option or an app that can print to it? I have 2 iPads and a sim card in the iPads for internet connection.

If your iPad and printer are on the same network, then:

That’s a major problem. That takes AirPrint off the table.
The iPad’s SIM card means it’s using a cellular connection to access internet.
Without a Wi-Fi connection to the printer, I don’t know how to connect to it.

Apple’s devices can only print to AirPrint enabled printers. Unfortunately this printer does not support AirPrint.
Well cool, either can I, thats why I'm asking. The printer is not hooked up to wifi because its in a location that doesn't have wifi. The iPad comes with a sim card that enables internet browsing so I guess it has its own wifi? Im sorry I don't speak in tech language. Im an artist not an IT guy.
