According to the article here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210192 I should be able to download any of the listed fonts to my system. Looks like all but the Proxima Nova family is showing up in my list. How do I get it to show Proxima Nova for download?
iMac Pro, macOS 10.15
Open Font Book app, spot Proxima Nova (it should be grayed) and press Download.
Thanks for following up, Marco. Unfortunately, I did just that, and Proxima Nova is just not in the list, grayed or not. I downloaded a few other fonts when I heard they were available, but Proxima Nova isn't showing at all.
Are you using Adobe Fonts?
Adobe offers the same font. I've read that if the same font is already activated through Adobe, then Font Book doesn't show it.
That explains it. Yes, I'm using Adobe Fonts, and forgot I had it installed there. It not being in the Font Book makes sense now. Thanks for clearing that up!
Proxima Nova is not showing up in the list of all fonts for download.
