I set up a new system and migrated my user. In setting up, 2 Factor Authentication sends out codes. I got them on my watch and phone, but also on my wife's phone. Why is my wife's phone getting a 2FA code for a different Apple ID. Is this because of family sharing?

Thanks Eric. Her device is listed under Devices, but so are all the devices we own. on her phone she is logged into to her Apple ID. Her phone is not listed inSecurity as a trusted phone number. This has never happened before.
You are welcome. Is your phone number listed in security on her Apple ID?
She doesn’t use 2FA so no phone numbers are listed. The only connection, sort of, I see is that we’re on the same WiFi network.
