Hello, on March 13th I received an SMS verification code for your Apple id: ... I got scared and decided that someone found out my data, I changed my password, but tonight comes again SMS verification code for your Apple id: ... new password I didn’t enter it anywhere except my phone, I didn’t even record it anywhere, and it’s amazing that if they tried to enter the account, a notification comes to the phone, but it doesn’t exist, only SMS

Someone may be trying to sign into your Apple ID, which generates the code. Unless they have access to one of your trusted devices to receive the code, they won't be able to sign in. You should be okay.

Be aware that you can Check your Apple ID device list (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064) and remove any device that shouldn't be signed in using the steps in the link.
If there are none that shouldn’t be signed in, then you should not have a problem at this point. But, if an unauthorized device is signed in, Change your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201355. I am aware that you did this.
