MacOs downgrade from Catalina

I need to downgrade back to Mojave or Sierra from Catalina. I have apps that are 32 Bit that cannot be updated to 64 so I need to have Mojave or Sierra, not Catalina.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
