Workout app

how can I add swimming to my workout app on my 3 series Apple Watch? When I scroll down on the app, there is not an option to add.

There isn’t a swimming option on my workout app and everywhere I read says you can go to add a workout at the bottom and my does not have this option.. when I scroll all the way down or up It just ends with high intensity interval (in the picture) and at top it’s out door walk.

My watch does not have swimming in my workouts, and will not let me add It..

Do you have the latest update on your watch? Is it really a series 3? Series 2 and later should have 2 swim options, pool swim and open water swim. You shouldn’t have to add a workout for swim.
