All of a sudden whenever i go to purchase or download anything (even if free) it comes up saying there is a verification required but once I fill in the information and press continue there is nothing to verify. How do I fix this Apple?

When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.
