You said - There were saying Apple store and iTunes disabled


So I replied with the following link - If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


Which answers the question about the apple store and iTunes being disabled.


You have been very vague about the issue and error message you got.
