reset printer

I replaced my printer. Installed the new drivers. How do I reset the printer in the system prefs?

Never done anything like this before, dh did everything but he passed away. Now am proud that I set up my new printer, with wifi, and all it needs is my Mac to find it.

If it is listed as AirPrint printer, delete the existing printer in

> System Preferences> Printers & Scanners, and add it again, select AirPrint.
