Apple Care

Hi, I am trying to pay for apple care on my iphone 11 pro and it just says to contact apple support as it does not allow for payment. I have tried to use 2 different credit cards and it does not work.


I have also noticed when clicking the options here that the iphone 11 pro is not an option, just my iphone 6 which is no longer in use.


Please advise on how to pay as I only have 3 days left before it expires.

Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.
