Your daughter's what exactly?


Apple watches cannot connect to other apple watches.


They are paired to iPhones specifically.


If your watch is paired to her iPhone, then yes, you will get her data.


Each person should pair their watch to their own iPhone, and use thier own Apple ID on their iPhone and Apple watch.
