iPhone sluggish in mobile data. Takes forever to download a page

Does anyone have a remedy as to why my iPhone is so sluggish in downloading pages while on mobile LTE ? I have had it for a week and my old iPhone 8 is faster then this

Go to https://speedtest.net or download the speedtest.net app from the app store (free) to check your connection speed.

You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have which is creating this issue and the iOS version if it is known to you and re-post.
