iPhone sluggish in mobile data. Takes forever to download a page

Does anyone have a remedy as to why my iPhone is so sluggish in downloading pages while on mobile LTE ? I have had it for a week and my old iPhone 8 is faster then this

Go to https://speedtest.net or download the speedtest.net app from the app store (free) to check your connection speed.
