Not receiving email from several organisations

Hello, I have been notified recently by my bank (Nationwide), and the police, that emails they try and send to me are bouncing back and not being delivered. I’m not the most techy so I have no idea how this is happening or if any other organisation has tried to reach me but cannot. I have not blocked any account either.
