My Iphone 10 storage is full and not functioning properly as a result. I can not delete manually.

Does anyone know a fix? I have TB storage in the cloud that is not used.

Thank you for your response. The AT&T rep had me turn my cellphone off and it was unable to power back on (stuck on apple logo screen)

Apple Support assisted me through updating and restoring to factory settings via ITunes. I’m back on track but lost all photos in 2019 and 2020. Only 2018 and prior years appear.

I’m thankful to have function of my phone again though.
