My card got stolen so I blocked it but getting a new card this or next week but I have a payment for my iCloud that did not go because my payment is connected to that old MasterCard

You can buy and redeem a relatively inexpensive gift card until your new MasterCard arrives. The gift card will be charged first before any lather payment methods.
