How can I create my Apple ID because I use so many times already

See this read: iCloud: The maximum number of free accounts have been activated

https://appletoolbox.com/icloud-the-maximum-number-of-free-accounts-have-been-activated-qa/  The three accounts rule is a function of Apple hardware, not software. In this case, you won't be able to create a new Apple ID on your phone. But, you could create a new one on another device and use it on any device.

And see If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210743. From the document (and see the remedies given in the document for each situation):

 

"If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID message, it means that you have exceeded the number of new Apple IDs you can set up with iCloud on a single device in one year."

 

"If you see a Could Not Set Up iCloud message, it means that you have exceeded the number of Apple IDs you can set up with iCloud on a single device in one year."

 

Again, see the remedies given in the document for each situation. If you need to, use these support options:

If you signed into the Support communities, you have an Apple ID. Why do you want to create a new one?


If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID. You might want to explain what problems you are having with your current ID to see if someone can make suggestions that will fix your current ID problems.
