iPhone XR Poor network/no network issue

I have iPhone XR and facing network related issue like very poor network single comes in my iphone and also facing issue in calling and Internet but on same location and same sim working good in android phone, I have already updated iOS to 13.5.1


I have already read and try with "hhttps://discussions.apple.com/thread/250283487"

but still same issue
