Hello!

I downloaded an app called Xprofile and would like to get a refund as I accidentally subscribed to an annual subscription. I tried to report a problem and got the message “We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund”.

When I will get my money back?

I hope you can help to get a refund. Thank you!
