I Can’t use my front camera in all social media apps

I have the opposite issue and it’s with both cameras. The native camera app won’t work for me but the camera works in social media ever since this update.

11 pro on iOS 13.5.1... I'm having issue activating 2x lens and using portrait mode for back camera
