Touch recognition

How do I get touch recognition to work on my Apple iPhone 8 in the Dashlane App after I reinstalled software. I have turned it on through Settings, but it doesn't work.

Where is sensitivity slider for 3D Touch on iPhone 13pro? I am a call of duty mobile gamer and previously use the iPhone XS max with 3D Touch assist. I was able to adjust the sensitivity of this 3D Touch in my settings, but can no longer find the slider. All that I can find are the options for fast or slow. Dashlane is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support
