Volume of sound
iPhone 11 Pro, a call sound starts loud, and straight away, changes to a very quiet sound. What is the reason please.

If you're talking about the "ringer" sound for an incoming phone call, that's normal if you have Attention Aware turned on in Settings>Accessibility>Face ID & Attention> 2nd option. You can disable it.
When done, restart your iPhone and test it for incoming calls.
If you meant something different, please better specify your needs.
