But please keep in mind that we (you) CAN NOT discuss about beta versions in this public forum, as per the ToU that we (you) accepted.
Beta versions can be discussed only in Apple Beta Software Program or Developers forums.

As a point of clarity, the Apple Developer App and the Widgets are “production” features.
It is only discussion of beta software (Such as your installed version of iPadOS) that is explicitly disallowed by ToU.
Are (were) you using an iPadOS beta version?
I can't see that "developer" widget among the available ones on my iPadOS 13.5.1

Thanks, I am on iPadOS 13.5.5 beta. Will you mark my question as I have the same question. I am trying to level up so I can help more people with their Apple products.
Have you installed the Developer App on your iPad? The Widget only appears if the associated App is installed.
I am SOOOO sorry, I had NO IDEA that was a beta thing.
