HELP!! All tracks are slowed down from original.

I must have accidentally clicked something and changed the timing of my recorded tracks. Instead of them playing at 100% they are playing at like 60% speed. I can't go back in the history to fix because I had to restart my mac. Is there a way to fix this without reimporting every track. It would take me hours because all of the tracks have been cut and ready until this happened.
