MY CHANGE STORAGE PLAN IS NOT WORKING
When I choose Change storage plan of step 2, nothing happens. What should I do?

When I choose Change Storage Plan, nothing happens. The Upgrade Icloud Storage page and other options of upgrade icloud as in the GIF don’t show up.
