I am unable to download this app onto my I Phone 7. In the music store when I tap on the app the word "open" appears, I tap this and get "Restrictions Enabled" Certain apps, features.or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on, to use the app, turn Restrictions off.
The restrictions on my phone are turned OFF.

I am NOT trying to download explicit material but am trying to download the Apple music app and I repeat my phone restrictions are turned OFF.
