Right side 1st gen AirPod auto disconnects after few minutes of usage.

The right Airpod (1st gen) automatically disconnects after few minutes of usage even though it shows 100% charge at the time of connecting. The duration for which it remains connected varies every time and the left side continues to work just fine.

Once i put it back into the case it shows 100% charge in just a few seconds.

Please help.
