My phone has been damaged due to update I spoke with someone in reference to receiving a new phone they directed me here

I don’t know who you spoke to but this is a user-to-user technical support site, no one is here that could authorize the replacement of your iPhone and there are no senior technicians here. Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start again.
