If you’re signed in with the same Netflix account it should all sync.
If this is not working:
if your Apple TV has an App Store you can try deleting the Netflix App and reinstalling or the app might need an update
I chat with Netflix and they said Apple TV's new OS is not compatible with Netflix. I even ask them is is a company policy? And the response was we cannot answer your question since it also includes Apple's policies.
Integration issue was abut not able to see the progress on the TV app and was always there but at least before the latest update when you search something (eg: a movie) and scroll-down to "Where to Watch" section you would see that movie is exist in Netflix. Now you cannot even see it.
