I just installed 10.15.5 and have been looking for this battery health management. It does NOT appear under Energy Saver option as described

Does your MacBook Air have Thunderbolt 3 ports? Battery Management is only available for fairly new MacBooks. I'm not sure exactly when they introduced TB3 ports.
