When available, you can view these special challenges in the Activity app on your Apple Watch or your iPhone. These challenges are only available for a limited time and if you don't earn the award during the specified period, it will no longer be available.

If you complete a goal, but don't earn the award

You will earn the award within 9 days of completing the Activity Challenge.

If you don't see Activity challenges on your iPhone or Apple Watch

If an Activity challenge already occurred, it won't appear on your Awards tab.

After each step, see if the challenge appears:

Make sure that the software on your iPhone and Apple Watch is up to date.

Make sure that your Apple Watch can connect to Wi-Fi, so it can download the challenge.

Some challenges are offered in certain regions only. To check your region on your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, then tap General/Language & Region.

I never got the award either. I got 15/12 hrs but I did have 1 idle hr before hitting 12. Does anyone know if it had to be 12 consistent hrs of just 12 across the day?

It can take up to 9 days to receive your award,restarting your phone sometimes helps it along.

You should get it,on the award badge I got it said "You earned this award by closing your stand ring on world enviroment day 2020".
