My old phone is a Iphone 7 Plus using IOS 13.4.1. I don't yet know what IOS my new Iphone XS Max has right out of the box. Will there be any problems using the wireless data migration? Will all of my apps transfer to my new phone? Thanks

They should. If you're setting up a new iPhone using your current iPhone—and both devices are using iOS 12.4 or later—Quick Start offers the option of using iPhone migration. For more info, see:

If your new iPhone Xs Max has a lower iOS version than your phone currently is at iOS 13.4.1, you will need to update the iOS on the Xs Max, before you can use QuickStart to migrate the data from the previous phone to your new phone.
