I’m China mainland. But as I stated I could not get 2 SIM cards to fit in my tray, with 1 in the regular slot(on top) and the 2nd one on the bottom side. Do you put them both on the top side with 1 facing up and the other 1 underneath and facing down. I don’t know how to install the 2 SIM cards.
I just found out from my phone service(Xfinity Mobile) that iPhones bought from them do not support dual SIM card installation because the iPhones that Apple sells to Xfinity will only support 1 SIM card. Thanks for all your input, though.
Oh, so if you’re spending the majority of your time in mainland China but you purchased your iPhone somewhere else, that will be a problem should your iPhone require service. You would not be able to find authorized service in China, and your warranty would not be honored (if still in effect). Next time, you’ll know.
Enjoy your iPhone.
I know where the SIM card tray is. The problem is I cannot use two SIM cards in my tray. I wanted to install two SIM cards for two phone numbers.
Are you on the China mainland (or Macao)? As the above article states, if you are, your iPhone can hold two SIM cards.
