Are these ports supposed to be open on my Iphone?

I ran a port scan on my iPhone and all ports are closed/blocked except for 3 open ports:

1080 SOCKS

1083 ansoft-lm-1 (Anasoft License Manager)

8021 intu-ec-client (Intuit Entitlement Client)

should these ports be open at all? What can I do to figure out what app or settings is opening these ports? I’ve tried factory restoring my device and these ports reappear.
