whatsapp backup couldnt finish and going reverse after certain percent

Hi All

I cannot backup my whatsapp data of 16 GB (without videos) from 3 days. The process normally starts and after 52% of backup, it goes reverse to 40% again. and thus backup stuck between 40% and 52% so cannot complete the 100% backup

Please provide the successful solutions...
