I have just done a clean install of Catalina and the "Apple Loops" folder appears to be missing along with iLife Sound Effects.
Is this normal or has it been moved elsewhere?
If necessary I can simply copy one from my TM backups.
If you did a clean install you have to download additional content for FCP. iLife effects are loaded with iMovie.
