Mac freezing continuosly

This is my EtreCheck Pro report.Please have a look and help me to get rid off those problems.

I found issues since i updated to catalina from sierra.while using FCPX and LPX mac freezing down completely even the colour wheel is not moving.Only restarting is the left option.Currently i am using mojave 10.14.6

I don't see any of the usual suspects in the report. However, you have the minimum RAM installed which, with the current systems, is just barely adequate to run the System let along high powered apps like FCP X. It generally recommended to have 16 GB installed to facilitate optimal system and application performance.


Since you can upgrade the RAM you'll need to limit the open apps to just the one you're using at the time to help overcome the memory limitation.
