Apple Watch and Health App Not Pairing to IPhone

My watch is paired to my iPhone 11. All iOS are up to date. The Apple Health app however is not synching. Steps show up on my watch but do not show up in the health app on my phone. How can I fix this?

Try unpairing and re-pairing.
