Ive upgraded to MacOS catalina and now my Microsoft Office mac 2011 is not working.

That old version of MS Office will not run in Catalina's 64bit operating system and you need to either upgrade MS,

Compatibly is the Issue:

Contact Microsoft and see what they have for Purchase Options. Perhaps they have some sales going on. Microsoft Office mac 2011 is incompatible with Catalina.

Microsoft dropped support for any version of Office older than Office 2016 and will not providing free Catalina updates.
