Voice Messaging in iMessage Don’t work

Hello. I have an iPad pro 12.9.

In iMessages, when I send a voice message, the sound is dull and almost inaudible. But in other applications - WhatsApp, messenger, Instagram or voice memos, everything works very well. The sound is clean and good. And with calls ( facetime and just calls), everything also works well.

The problem is in iMessages audio messages from me. Does anyone know the reason?

I reset the settings but that did not help.
